The president commended people of Imo State for reelecting Uzodimma for a second term.

He described Uzodinma as a very hard-working governor and commended him for his progressive agenda for the state.

He assured that the state has actually gotten a good and dependable democrat, who would always think about their welfare.

Lately, Imo State has been a theatre of violence and kidnapping allegedly linked to Biafra agitators and unknown gunmen.

Despite allegations, the Indigenous People of Biafra, IPOB, had denied involvement in these incidents.
