Ibadan residents throng scene of explosion [PHOTOS]

Hundreds of residents of Ibadan, the Oyo State capital, have thronged the scene of the bomb explosion that rocked the ancient city on Tuesday.

Newspot reports that an explosion occured at a private residence at Dejo Oyelese Close in Bodija Housing Estate on Tuesday evening.

Our correspondent reports that although only few people were allowed to enter the close, many of the residents are currently at the entrance to assess the situation.

Rescue operations have since commenced.
