The biggest race day of the year is here with the 2025 Grand National taking centre stage this afternoon.
A thrilling week of action at Aintree concludes today with once-a-year punters looking to bag a winner.
I Am Maximus ran to glory last year, looking to replicate Tiger Rollâs stunning double in 2018 and 2019 by defending the title.
The Willy Mullins-trained horse is among the favourites this afternoon along with Irish Grand National winner Intense Raffles, Iroko and Stumptown.
Cheltenham Gold Cup winner Inothewayurthinkin appeared to be in contention try and seal a famous double at Aintree but he was one of 11 horses withdrawn from the final lineup this week.
There are seven races taking place on a stacked race card today with the main event coming in at No.5 with a scheduled start time of 4pm.
