The Nollywood 100 is a YNaija initiative in partnership with Ebonylife Films that celebrates the progress and triumphs of the Nigerian film industry. In celebration of creativity, they compiled a list of the “100 most influential people to the growth and greatness of Nollywood”.
“The Nollywood 100” stands as a recognition of the ones who have paved the way for future generations of filmmakers. It also amplifies the voices and talents of emerging stars and fresh entrants to the industry.
This list features Shaffy Bello, Joke Silva, Richard Mofe-Damijo, Nse Ikpe-Etim, Tobi Bakre, Lateef Adedimeji, Jade Osiberu, Dami Ebele, Olumide Oworu, Editi Effiong, Daniel Etim-Effiong, Funke Akindele, Bimbo Ademoye, Ireti Doyle, Mo Abudu, Chidi Mokeme, Biodun Stephen, Emeka Nwagbaraocha, Genoveva Umeh, Toyin Abraham to mention a few.
