Ezeife: Tinubu mourns former Anambra Gov

President Bola Tinubu has sympathized with the Ezeife family, the people, and the government of Anambra State on the passing of Chief Chukwuemeka Ezeife, CON, former governor of the state.

Ajuri Ngelale, Special Advisor to the President on Media and Publicity, disclosed this in a statement on Friday.

Newspot reports that Ezeife, Okwadike of Igbo-Ukwu, governor of Anambra from 1992 to 1993, died on Thursday at age 85.

Reacting to his death, Tinubu extolled the towering influence of the former federal permanent secretary in Nigeria’s political landscape and leadership credentials, describing his passing as a painful loss.
