Election result: James Ibori’s daughter, Erhiatake, PDP’s Nnamdi Ezechi win Rep seats in Delta

Hon Erhiatake Ibori-Suenu, the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, candidate in the Ethiope Federal Constituency, won the House of Representatives seat for the constituency.

Ibori-Suenu is the daughter of former Delta State Governor, Chief James Ibori.

She was elected after scoring 20,814 votes, while her closest rival, Halims Agoda of the All Progressives Congress, APC, got 15,172 votes.

In a related development, the PDP candidate, Mr. Nnamdi Ezechi clinched the House of Representatives seat for the Ndokwa/Ukwuani Federal Constituency.

Ezechi got 22,622 votes, while the APC candidate, Chief Johnson Opone, polled 14,958 votes.
