Detention in UK: Bwala Urges Obi To Sue Federal Government

The presidential candidate of Labour Party, LP, Mr Peter Obi, has been advised to sue the Nigerian government over his brief detention and interrogation in United Kingdom, UK.

Daniel Bwala, the Spokesman of the presidential candidate of the main opposition Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, Alhaji Atiku Abubakar, has counseled Obi.

Recall that the former Anambra State governor was detained by UK immigration officials at Heathrow Airport in London over a case of duplicated identity.

The spokesman in a post via his official Twitter page, called on the Anambra-born politician to compel the Federal Government of the country to smoke out whoever is using him for a smear campaign.

According to him, the impersonator of the ex-governor was issued the passport by the Nigerian immigration.

He wrote, “One fact is clear, the impersonator was issued the passport by the Nigerian Immigration.They have his bio data and details about him. Peter Obi should sue the Nigerian government in court and compel them to smoke the man out and whoever may.
