A Nigerian bride has captured social media attention as she reduced her long wedding dress train after her church claimed it was seductive during the wedding ceremony.
The video capturing the bride’s exciting mood during her video shoot displayed her beautiful wedding dress with a long train laid out on the stairway.
Regardless of how modest the wedding dress appeared, her church which happened to be a popular Nigerian church opposed the long train with a claim of it being seductive at the sacred altar.
The young bride disclosed that she had to fix her wedding dress train into a bustle by fastening the train to the rest of the dress for the wedding to hold.
Many criticized the bride for disregarding her church despite being aware of their wedding rules before the ceremony. Other viewers advised potential brides to opt for the registry, to avoid overwhelming surprise from their church.
