The Executive Chairman of Mkpat Enin Local Government Area, Emmanuel Inyang, joined His Excellency, Governor Umo Eno, at the All Progressives Congress (APC) Nationwide Congress held in Akwa Ibom State on Tuesday, March 3, 2026.

The Congress, conducted simultaneously across the federation, stood as a strong demonstration of unity, discipline, and internal democracy within the party. In Akwa Ibom State, the exercise was widely adjudged peaceful, orderly, and well-coordinated.

At the Congress, Obong Stephen Ntukekpo emerged as the State Chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Akwa Ibom State.

In his congratulatory message, Emmanuel Inyang commended the new State Chairman for his courage, resilience, and steadfastness throughout the process. He expressed confidence in his leadership capacity and described his emergence as a testament to his dedication to the growth of the party.

The Mkpat Enin Chairman further charged Obong Ntukekpo to foster unity among party members, sustain the prevailing peace within the party, and lead with fairness, inclusiveness, and transparency. He urged him to remain committed to strengthening the party’s structures and advancing its collective vision for greater political progress in Akwa Ibom State.

Hon. (Engr.) Emmanuel Inyang also offered prayers for divine wisdom, guidance, and strength for the newly sworn-in Chairman as he assumes the responsibility of steering the affairs of the party in the state.

His presence at the APC State Congress 2026 underscores his unwavering commitment to party loyalty, cohesion, and the continued advancement of the All Progressives Congress in Akwa Ibom State.
