In a significant political development, the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC) has officially welcomed the Governor of Akwa Ibom State, His Excellency Umo Eno, into its ranks.
The announcement was made through a press statement issued by the APC National Secretariat in Abuja and signed by the party’s National Publicity Secretary, Felix Morka, Esq. The party expressed delight at Governor Eno’s decision, describing it as a strategic move that aligns with the broader goals of national development.
“The National Working Committee of the All Progressives Congress (APC) under the leadership of His Excellency, Dr. Abdullahi Umar Ganduje, CON, is delighted at the news of the Governor of Akwa Ibom State, His Excellency, Umo Eno’s decision to join our great Party,” the statement read.

It also emphasized the joint pursuit of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s Renewed Hope Agenda, stating that the collaboration would work to benefit all Nigerians.
