A chieftain of the All Progressive Congress, APC , Dickson Akoh on Monday congratulated the Benue State Governor, Hyacinth Alia on his victory at the Supreme Court.
Akoh described the unanimous decision of the court to dismiss the appeal filed by the governorship of the Peoples Democratic Party as a welcome development orchestrated by God.
He therefore expressed confidence in the capacity of the governor to continue in his efforts to advance the cause of developing Benue and make it the envy of other states in the country.
The APC chieftain, however, advised the governor to be magnanimous in victory by carrying everyone along in his administration so as to achieve lasting development of the state.
According to him, Benue State has divergent interests, which when harnessed and well managed, will lead to significant growth and development of the state.
