Job Position: Call Centre Nurse
Job Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Key Accountabilities / Responsibilities
- Handle call centre medical-related escalations.
- Ensure timely, accurate logging of calls, inquiries, and downtimes.
- Achieve 90-100% customer satisfaction.
- Promote product knowledge and compliance concerning all applicable processes.
- Promoting call centre best practices.
- Appropriately manage callers side effects.
- Ensure effective monitoring and improvement of referrals through continuous customer satisfaction surveys and generation of testimonials.
- Compliance with complaint resolution procedure- 100% close-out of complaint calls received.
- Following up on call referrals to enhance customer experience.
- Apply a user-centric model to ensure that callers/clients are appropriately guided on their contraceptive journey.
Qualification / Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing, School of Nursing.
- 3 – 5 years of call-centre experience.
- Proven experience working in a demanding and fast-paced environment.
- Strong and polished communication skills.
- Experience in family planning, and sexual and reproductive health is an advantage.
- The ability to communicate in either Yoruba, Igbo, or Hausa language fluently is an advantage.
