Job Summary
- We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant/ Admin to support our Executive Team in achieving our strategic goals.
- As an Executive Assistant / Admin, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the executive office. You will manage the executive’s schedule, handle communications, and provide high-level administrative support.
- The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented individual with exceptional organizational and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
Calendar Management:
- Schedule and prioritize meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the executive.
- Ensure the executive’s calendar is optimized for productivity and efficiency.
Email and Communication:
- Manage and monitor the company’s emails, draft responses, and filter incoming communications.
- Handle phone calls and inquiries, directing them appropriately.
Meeting Preparation:
- Prepare meeting agendas, briefings, and materials.
- Attend meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
Administrative Support:
- Handle administrative tasks such as document preparation, filing, and record-keeping.
- Assist with special projects and reports as needed.
Gatekeeping:
- Screen and prioritize phone calls, visitors, and requests for the executive’s time.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
Research:
- Conduct research on various topics, competitors, market trends, and industry developments.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess an HND or B.Sc Degree 1-2 years of experience as an EA/Admin or in a similar role.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in office software and productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
- Discretion and the ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
- Must have completed NYSC.
- Must not be more than 28 years of age.
- Live within Yaba and its environs.
- Preferable Female for gender balance.
