The first reason is because under Donald Trump as President of the United States nobody in the top echelon of the White House had any job description starting from the President who was also a Cleaner and a Cloakroom attendant who had to shred secret documents in the Shredder by himself and who,many times , had to flush many documents down the toilet by himself as revealed and as documented by the January 6 Committee.
Mr. Meadows his Chief of Staff in his 5 hour deposition today before the Judge had admitted that much in his cross examination.
Crooked Mr. Meadows even admitted his role and responsibilities were to carry out any order given to him by his Boss whether lawful or unlawful and whether verbal or written because he had no specified job description and his boss as confirmed by Michael Cohen often speaks in coded language that he expects you to decode and carry out if you work for him.
That was how his personal lawyer and fixer for 10 years was the one who ended up going to jail and losing his law license while his half Illiterate Mafia Boss always dodge the bullet.
We all now know why Majority of those who work for Trump always fell on their sword to save their boss.
That was why Mr. Meadows could freely participate in executing the Coup Plot his Boss had desperately wanted to keep himself in office for life and to end Democracy in America.
If that was the way the American Government had functioned before Donald Trump got elected thru the Abracadabra of the Electoral College we now fully understand why America has become a laughing stock in the Committee of Nations as revealed by Bob Woodward in his latest book on Donald Trump.
Mr. Meadows like Donald Trump, was actually putting pressure on the coup plotters and individuals like Raffensperger, the Georgian Secretary of State as revealed in Court today and the role he played was totally beyond the scope of his duties and responsibilities as Chief of Staff.
He was a willing enabler to his boss’s inclination to commit crimes time after time as clearly revealed today in his 5 hours grilling and deposition.
The Vice President Michael Pence and Donald Trump’s personal lawyer Guilliani pretty much confirmed the same lawlessness in the White House during all of the 4 years of Donald Trump in the White House.
The spectacle makes me wonder how for goodness sake did such a flawed character manage to get elected President of the most powerful country on Earth as often observed by Rachel Maddow, one of the best and the brightest investigative reporter in MSNBC and a product of Stamford and Oxford?
That clearly tells me that Democracy that enables a terrible character like Donald Trump to get elected President cannot possibly be the best System of Government in the world, if the truth be told.
A man like him could never have been elected a Minister talk less of a Prime Minister under the British Parliamentary System.
The System would have flushed him out long before becoming the landlord to Number 10 Downing Street in London.
Donald Trump had no qualms asking his Vice President Michael Pence to accept fake electors of the Electoral College and to reject legitimate and authentic electors and to not do his job as VP or ceremonial President of the US Senate but to pass on his duties and responsibilities to the States House of Assembly just to keep Donald Trump for 4 more years as President even when he knew he had lost the election to Joe Biden, fair and square.
The point I am making here is the crux of the matter.
All the DOJ Prosecutors had to prove is this salient point above any other point that Donald Trump simply had run a criminal enterprise in the White House for all of his 4 years there and he is itching and meticulously planning to go back there, if the voters let him, to complete the demolition he had started from 2016 to 2020.
Once that point is driven home and sustained Donald Trump and all the 20 outlaws charged along with him who have no job description but merely do whatever they are told, now realize they are toast and their goose is cooked like they say in America.
Mr. Meadows was not just playing the role of Chief of Staff but has also doubled down as Campaign Manager for Donald Trump so he could do the dirty job for his boss who was President of the United States as well as the Master Coup planner and plotter who became the Grand Commander of the Coup plotters as we are now finding out.
They would all have to explain to Law Enforcement why they we’re playing those roles and their motivation for so doing.
The January 6 Committee Report has proved that point beyond reasonable doubt and so has Mr. Cipollone the Chief Legal Adviser to the President who complained he had seen in the White House people holding meetings with the President and who did not belong there but there was nothing he could do.
Donald Trump had his own agenda that he kept close to his own chest.
The individuals he had hired were all participating in a nefarious Conspiracy or cover -up which has now been exposed as a crime for which they have now been charged.
It has been confirmed beyond all shades of doubt that many of the people hired by Donald Trump were people with no specific job description.
So when Donald Trump claims he is only a victim of a political witch-hunt he is telling a Cock and Bull story just to cover up his crimes.
He now views all the charges against him as Election Interference which was a bogus lie.
He has simply turned the White House into a Crime Scene for all of his 4 years as President.
Nemesis and the Law of Karma have now caught up with him and the Jury of his Peers are going to prove that to him beyond all shades of doubt as mandated by the Constitution in a country governed by the Rule of Law and where no man is supposed to be above the Law.
It’s all over for Donald Trump and his partners in crime.
The only pathway now open to him to save his own neck from the noose is just to use Delay and more Delay so he can walk away scot-free after the Statue of Limitations shall have set in to give himself a free pass.
What Donald Trump is trying to do is no Rocket Science. He is worse than John Gotti and Noriega of Panama.
He is bent on charting his way back to the White House to finish the job he had started from 2016 to 2020.
The people prosecuting him know that for a fact and he himself as a defendant knows it and the Presiding Judge knows it as well.
Donald Trump is toast. He now has nowhere to hide. All he wants is to be President again so he can claim Presidential immunity and beat all of the attempts by American Law Enforcement to hold him accountable for all of his crimes in office.
