Arsenal attacking midfielder, Emile Smith Rowe, has reacted to the club’s recent acquisitions of Kai Havertz and Declan Rice.
Havertz joined Arsenal from Chelsea a few days ago, while, Rice is close to sealing a big-money (£105m) move to the Gunners from West Ham United.
However, Smith Rowe believes both Havertz and Rice will help Mikel Arteta’s side progress next season.
Speaking on the developments, Rowe told the Sun, “I see what happens, and obviously it is good for the club to add strength to the team. I feel like the additions we are making are going to really help the team progress again.
“It is really exciting, so hopefully, we can go one step further next season.
“Of course (it is extra competition with Havertz arrival), but this is football.”
