American business magnate, Bill Gates, has recalled an interesting conversation with his daughter, Phoebe, when he was about to come to Nigeria.
During his opening address at an event in Lagos on Wednesday, Gates shared that his daughter, Phoebe, was excited about his visit to Nigeria and the possibility of meeting Afrobeats stars, Burna Boy and Rema.
He noted that Phoebe told him he would be lucky to see Nigerian Afrobeats stars, Burna Boy and Rema, during his stay in Nigeria.
“When my daughter Phoebe heard I was coming to Nigeria, she said, ‘You’re lucky because you get to see Burna Boy and Rema,’ so I had to look them up… because I’m so ‘hip.’ But I remember the last time I was here, I got to see Davido & Wizkid perform,” he said.
This revelation has ignited a wave of excitement among fans of the self-proclaimed African giant, Burna Boy, and Rema.
