Governor Nasir El-Rufai of Kaduna State has expressed hope that the All Progressives Congress, APC, presidential candidate, Bola Tinubu will be declared president-elect.
El-Rufai spoke at his polling unit while lamenting over the low turnout of voters across the state.
The governor also lamented the snatching of ballot boxes and BVAS in Southern Kaduna.
El-Rufai said: “This morning, we got a report of one incident in Southern Kaduna where BVAS and ballot boxes were snatched and in Soba where two ballot boxes were also snatched.

“And of course in my view, my prayer is that Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu is declared the President-elect of Nigeria in the next couple of days.”
