Ojota In Lagos is On Fire as Rioters are on Rampage

Chaos has erupted at the Mile 12, Ketu, Ojota regions of Lagos state.

A source, while confirming the development on Friday morning, February 17, said that he could hear sounds of gunshots along the Mile 12 area of the state and commuters running helter skelter fit their dear lives.

Meanwhile, the Lagos state police public relations officer, Benjamin Hundeyin, has confirmed the unrest in the area.

Hundeyin said that, “Our men are currently in Mile 12, Ketu and Ojota regions of the state.

Reinforcement units have also been deployed. Stay safe out there as we closely monitor and manage the situation.”
