With the January transfer window 2023 now open, Chelsea will be looking to the market in an attempt to boost Graham Potter’s resources ahead of the second half of the season.

After a strong start to his regime at Stamford Bridge, Potter has seen results and performances dip in recent weeks and new January additions could help lift them back in contention for the top four.

The Blues have a strong pedigree in making signings during the middle of the season, with big moves for the likes of Fernando Torres, Nemanja Matic and David Luiz in previous winter windows.

But which deals have the club made so far in January 2023?

Find out the confirmed transfers Chelsea have made during this year’s window.

Which players have Chelsea signed so far?

Here are the players Chelsea have signed in the January 2023 transfer window.

The 20-year-old arrived from Norwegian side Molde for a fee in the region of £8m-£10m.

Fofana bagged 15 goals in 24 appearances for Molde this season, and managed a further four goals in ten appearances in the Europa Confernece League.

The striker only had one year remaining on his contract having moved to Norway from Ivorian domestic football in 2021.

Fofana made his debut for the Ivory Coast in an African Nations Championship qualifier in 2019 when he was just 17 years old.

The arrival of Fofana will ease the pressure on Chelsea’s forward line following the news that Armando Broja will be out for the rest of the season with an anterior cruciate ligament injury picked up in a mid-season friendly with Aston Villa.
