Video from an alleged Lagos bus stop where people have to pay N50 to cross a flooded gutter with a makeshift bridge

A video of people trying to cross a huge, flooded gutter with a makeshift bridge is trending online. 

People reportedly paid N50 access to access the makeshift bridge at a bus stop that is close to the Ile Epo market in Lagos. This has drawn mixed reactions.
