Popular Nigerian actress Toyin Abraham has responded to trolls who body-shamed her over a recent dance video of hers that was shared online.
The actress quoted some of the hate comments with laughing emojis and went on to promote an upcoming movie.
An X (Twitter) influencer had earlier shared a video of the actress dancing during a movie set and hailed her for the dance moves.
However, some internet users saw it as an opportunity to body-shame and talk down on the actress who didn’t seem to care.
Despite ignoring the hate comments, some trolls still went on to body shame her underneath her own post.
One of the trolls wrote;
@JimmySZN: Thank God you know. No lie hin pain you I have tissues in case you need
While the actress responded with; Off course I know I’m shapeless, This one no pain cos na me post am and I know I’m shapeless
