The lady @destinyetikojunior2 posted a video of herself holding her nephew in her hands on TikTok after her attempt at kissing him ended in a mouth spill.
According to her, she decided to kiss her nephew since she was traveling back to her residence after the holidays.
As the aunt leaned in to give her little nephew a heartfelt farewell kiss, he suddenly and unexpectedly vomited, spewing his stomach contents into her mouth.
