Three Crowns Ends 30-day Fitness Challenge on Healthy Note for Mums

Nigeria’s leading low cholesterol milk brand, Three Crowns Milk has concluded its 2021 Fitness Challenge on an exciting and healthy note for mums.

The digital-led campaign, which was designed to help mums keep fit and emphasize the importance of a healthy lifestyle through nutrition and exercise, featured sessions with renowned fitness instructor, Coach Shedams, Cathy, Naijafitmoms, BB Naija’s Saga, Kemen, Zumba with Ehi, and Nollywood actress Iyabo Ojo.

The training also featured three fitness levels – Newbie (Beginners level), Wannabe (Standard level) and Pro (Advanced level) with daily exercise videos tailored to suit the preferences of consumers. Physical cardio dance sessions were posted on the brand’s social media pages while participants enjoyed direct coaching on WhatsApp and Telegram with certified fitness instructors for 30 days.

During the training, consumers were encouraged to workout with whatever household materials were available to them such as kegs, buckets and water dispenser plastic bottles as well as do simple routines that did not require expert supervision to accomplish.

“I used to be a bread freak and was always snacking,” said Iyobosa, one of the happy participants.

“I still snack, but now mainly on fruits, and I haven’t eaten bread since the start of class till now. I also used to work out, but laziness did not allow me to be consistent. During the fitness challenge, I was able to work out every day except Sundays, and I completed each set and added ‘jara’.

“I appreciate the push of my dear coach Chinwe ( Naijafitmoms); she sabi ginger wella. And by the way, the meal plan is an ‘enjoyment meal plan’ with all the akara and milk and pepper soup plus oatmeal and my favourite Three Crowns milk. Thank you so much for organizing this, I’m eagerly awaiting next year,” Iyobosa submitted.

Similarly, Teju, another happy participant said: “I lost 3kg and 3cm off my waist. My arms just refused to bulge. But I’m not giving up. Coach made us realize that our progress was huge and we should congratulate ourselves. I realized that staying active is a must, cutting junks and not cheating yourself even when no-one is watching is the key. I eat fruits and vegetables everyday without cutting carbohydrate and I’m still losing inches. That’s a plus.”
