Nigerian lady raises alarm after discovering her dad bought rubber from his Abuja trip instead of dried Nigerian beef, popularly known as kilishi.
Sharing on TikTok, the lady @lizzyfav4 mentioned that she pleaded with her dad to buy kilishi from Abuja when returning to Lagos but the outcome displeased her.
The young lady noted that she had consumed the dried beef until she noticed an unfamiliar taste, prompting her to scrub the meat with a metal sponge.
Surprisingly, the kilishi turned out to be rubber properly spiced with pepper and seasoning. She exclaimed that travelers should be more careful when purchasing edibles by the roadside.
Netizens disclosed that Abuja residents are well informed about the area that sells the healthy kilishi and the ones that intend to extort customers with spicy rubber.
