Welcome to the Segun Aina Foundation’s 2024 Scholarship Program Application! We are excited to support indigent Nigerian students who are in their first year of study at a public tertiary institution within Nigeria. This scholarship program is designed to assist students who demonstrate financial need, academic excellence, and a commitment to leadership or community service.

Requirements

• Must be a Nigerian citizen.
• Must be enrolled as a first-year student in a public tertiary institution in Nigeria.
• Must demonstrate significant financial need.
• Must have a strong academic record.
• Must show a commitment to leadership or community service.

Selection Process

Selection Criteria: The scholarship selection will be based on:

• Academic excellence
• Financial need
• Leadership or community service involvement
• Potential for future success
• Quality of your statement of interest

Application Documents

• Valid government-issued ID (National ID, International Passport, or Driver’s License).
• State of Origin document (birth certificate or state of origin certificate).
• WAEC/NECO certificate and JAMB result.
• Current school admission letter.
• Proof of financial need (e.g., letters from employers/sponsors, tax documents, etc.)
• Statement of Interest
