Sex and the City costume designer Patricia Field has slammed Cynthia Nixon for her fashion choices on the series.

The stylist spoke about her former assistant Molly Rogers, who worked on the new HBO Max series And Just Like That.

Speaking to The Sunday Times, Patricia said the actresses on the reboot ‘think they know everything’ as she threw shade at stars of the hit series.

‘I like some of it, I don’t like all of it, but I know what Molly’s dealing with,’ the 79-year-old said.

‘I know those gals! Sarah Jessica [Parker] thinks she knows everything – and she does. Cynthia Nixon thinks she knows everything – and she doesn’t!’

She went on to say: ‘Even today, when I speak with Molly, it’s about Cynthia. I say, “I remember what you are going through.”‘

There were some notable absences this time around as Kim Cattrall will not return as Samantha Jones.

Meanwhile, the news comes after Peloton removed the viral advert starring Sex And The City star Chris Noth from its social media in light of the sexual assault allegations against him.

The star has vehemently denied the claims as ‘categorically false’.

And Just Like That is available to watch on Sky Comedy and on NOW.
