Abia Warriors goalkeeper Ali Ishiaku is optimistic of victory in their President Federation Cup clash with Kano Pillars.
The Umuahia-based club will square up with Kano Pillars in the semi-final of the competition at the Lafia City Stadium on Thursday.
Ishiaku revealed that the players are fired up for the encounter.
He further stated that the players want to make history with the club.
“The feeling is massive in camp and we believe we can get something from there,” Ishiaku told the club’s media.
“This is the very first time we will be in the semi-finals. I am so glad and the players are glad to be part of history.
“We intend to get ourselves together and I believe we can go to the final and bring the cup to the state.
“The spirit is very high ahead of the game.”
