A Nigerian police officer has been showered with praise on social media for her recent act of service to students passing her route.

The policewoman, who controls traffic at Sabo bus-stop in Lagos state, bought packs of socks and gave them out to students who didn’t have one on Thursday morning, May 4.

Recall that the woman went viral few months ago for stopping students who were not properly dressed and helping them adjust their uniforms.

In a new video shared on social media, the officer was captured distributing pairs of socks to students heading to school this morning.

She stopped those not wearing socks and gave them a pair to wear in her presence.

A Twitter user who filmed the incident wrote, “This police officer at sabo bought packs of brand new socks for the kids 👏🏾👏🏾 “
