A confession: Apart from Western politicians, I find few sights as disgusting as those of the uncultured, uneducated, pathetic, unethical, pretentious, and amoral cretins who masquerade as Western Journalists.
The war-enthusiastic nabob is devoid of any human feelings.
Those shameless and evil people have no compunction whatsoever in peddling stupid lies as long as it pays for their upkeep.
The pious, sanctimonious hypocrites would want us to continue to believe that they are objective truth purveyors when we can see how they shamelessly demonstrate their lack of agency to tell the truth.
What galls the most is that the pretenders keep on assaulting our intellects with their stupid reportage and vomit-inducing analyses. Not even George Orwell could have imagined the abysmal depth of what goes for journalism in the West today.
We do not have the resources available to organizations like CNN, the BBC, or the DW, but we do our best to conduct basic research and present facts as we gather them.
It bothers greatly that Western Journalists today do not ask their leaders the most basic questions. All that they do is continue to treat us like mindless imbeciles with the stupid, fawning, sycophantic manner in which they vomit whatever politicians tell them.
With all the vast resources at their disposal, it is rather insulting to our intelligence that Western media outlets can only parrot what the rulers want us to know.
If these morally-bankrupt cretins who pose as journalists possess any integrity, why can’t they ask why a senile, teleprompter-reading mannequin like Biden is suddenly invested with the power to imperil the whole world?
Why did these media people forget that the same Biden who was deemed cognitively incompetent to run for the presidency is now suddenly capable of handling ponderous geopolitical issues that threaten our collective existence?
A few months ago, Nancy Pelosi vowed that Joe Biden was not fit for purpose and would be removed gently or by force; today, Western journalists tell us that this same person has the brain to order a major military escalation against a Nuclear Superpower.
We are told that journalists’ duty is to ferret out the truth. However, Western journalists do not do this when it comes to their governments and political leaders. It is only when they leave their shores that we see them play tough.
For example, when Keir Stammer or Joe Biden made patently absurd claims, why can’t those who claim to be Journalists ask questions like:
Why do you find it difficult to discuss any other subject apart from wars and destruction?
Why do you find respecting other people’s sovereignty and interests difficult? Why does it always have to be about your interests?
Would you like to be treated the same way that you treat other people? If not, why not?
Why is it impossible to engage in diplomacy instead of wars, threats, and sanctions?
Is there a reason why you do not seek honorable commercial engagement with other nations like we see the Chinese, the Russians, and the Indians do?
With its dwindling wealth and influence, why do Western leaders like you still believe in talking to other people from a position of strength?
Why do Western leaders always want to take advantage of other people instead of seeking a win-win solution?
You claimed that you are permitting Ukraine to use your weapons to attack Russia directly; what would you do if the Russians gave arms to those who are fighting us?
Where is your evidence that the Russians suddenly require the assistance of North Koreans when even the Ukrainians now admit that the Russians are winning?
Their recent history of enthusiastically supporting all the stupid actions of Western leaders, including the relentless blood-letting Western leaders have carried out in their hegemonic wars around the world over the years, qualified Western journalists as accomplices in the vast crimes of the West against the rest of humanity.
By examining the role these stenographers, who masquerade as Journalists, have played in enabling their political leaders’ perfidy against humanity, Hunter Thompson’s astute observation of Western journalists begins to make sense.
After studying his colleagues for many years, Mr Thompson concluded: “The press is a gang of cruel faggots. Journalism is not a profession or a trade. It is a cheap catch-all for fuckoffs and misfits—a false doorway to the backside of life, a filthy piss-ridden little hole nailed off by the building inspector, but just deep enough for a wino to curl up from the sidewalk and masturbate like a chimp in a zoo-cage.” – Hunter S. Thompson.
About two decades ago, I wrote an article, “African Chief Declared War on the US,” which I later expanded and published on my Substack platform. It is a round condemnation of what goes for journalism in the West.
Here are excerpts:
The tiny West African State of Kosangba stunned the world yesterday when its Chief Minister, Nana Bambeu Kugboji, declared that his hard-to-find-on-the-map, postage stamp-sized landlocked republic has declared war on the US, the world’s only superpower.
Addressing a well-attended World Press Conference yesterday at his squalid, dilapidated woebegone capital of Petuje (pop. 567), the bearded Chieftain declared the US a threat to world peace and vowed to mobilize his republic’s puny fighting force (exactly 1234 border police force equipped with WWI Rifles, no air force, no marine, no standing army and, obviously, no navy) to attack the USA which he declared to be a ‘menace to mankind,’ and a ‘threat to mother earth as we know it.’
Nana Kugboji is, obviously, not kidding as he has written to the newly-formed African Union (AU) and the European Union (EU) a letter copied to the Secretary General of the United Nations (UN) asking for an urgent meeting of the UN Security Council (SC) in which he declared that unless the SC condemns the US and authorized a UN Inspection team to enquire into, among other things, “US weapons of ‘mass murder,’ The Yankee’s violations of International laws and norms, and the persecutions of minorities in the territorial USA,” he will lead a “coalition of the willing to disarm the USA and change the brutal Bush’s regime, which is headed by a “corrupt and illiterate buffoon sitting in the White House.”

Rounding up, the African chief took a savage swipe at the assembled press: “You bunch of mindless hypocrites.” He cried, his hand swinging the pungent African air. “Your governments are leading the world into perfidy, and about the only thing you are doing is merrily and cheerfully cheering them on. What do you care? So long as your fat paychecks keep coming in, what do you care, indeed? You guys are so mindless that the only thing you are doing is parroting the nauseating lies that the USA and its sidekick, Britain, are interested in giving freedom to the Iraqis. Where in their entire history have the USA and Britain fought for other people’s freedom? I ask you where? Search your conscience if you have any. Goodbye.”
At which point the African chief pulled a watch from his breast pocket, consulted it closely, and declared: “I have wasted enough time on you minions.”
PS: I wrote this piece in the early 2000s, re-reading it, I am surprised that so little has changed that it could have been written today!

Unfortunately, since we published the piece, absolutely nothing has changed in the behavior of these lying bastards for whom nothing matters except their next paycheck.
What distresses the most is that Journalists in Africa continue to hanker after awards from discredited Western media.
How could any sane and self-respecting African Journalist be proud to receive an award from disreputable organizations like the BBC or CNN?
Talk about the Laureates of Imperialism.
