NSCDC seeks collaboration with NCoS to end insurgency in Zamfara

The Zamfara State Controller of the Nigeria Correctional Service, Sani Mustapha, has expressed his readiness to work closely with sister security agencies to combat crimes in the state.

Mustapha stated this in a recent visit to the office of the State Controller of Corrections, Nigeria Correctional Service, Zamfara State Command.

During the visit, Mustapha emphasized the importance of building strong partnerships with other security agencies.

He deemed it necessary to familiarise himself with the leadership of the Nigeria Correctional Service and reaffirmed the existing collaborative efforts between the NSCDC and the Correctional Service since their inception.

Commandant Mustapha pledged to sustain and strengthen this collaborative spirit between the two agencies.

In response to the visit, Controller Umar Galadima, the state Controller of Corrections, emphasized that the NSCDC and the Correctional Service are sisters.

Galadima commended the corps for their significant contribution in the fight against insecurity and criminal activities.

He specifically thanked the NSCDC for their ongoing support in safeguarding the facilities of the correctional service in Zamfara State.

Galadima further assured the NSCDC of their unwavering support and collaboration in any operational duties that may require joint efforts.
