George Finidi took charge of his first training session at Nigeria Premier Football League, NPFL, club, Rivers United, on Monday.
The training session took place at the Garden City Sports Complex.
Finidi was appointed Rivers United head coach last week.
The 53-year-old signed a two year contract with the option of another year.
The former Ajax winger will be managing his second team in the NPFL.

Finidi was in charge of two-time African champions, Enyimba for three seasons.
The former Real Betis player masterminded Enyimba’s title win in the 2022/23 season.
Rivers United endured a disappointing outing in the NPFL last season, finishing in eighth position.
