Veteran Nollywood actor, Saidi Balogun has stirred reactions amongst fans after attending his ex-wife, Faithia Williams’ father’s burial ceremony.
Faithia Williams had announced the death of her father in April 2024 on Instagram, where she expressed her grief and prayed for his soul.
The final burial ceremony held on Sunday, July 21st was attended by Faithia colleagues and notable public figures including Adebayo Salami, Bimbo Oshin, Joke Silva, Mercy Aigbe and her husband, Kazim Adeoti, NURTW Chairman MC Oluomo and many more.
Faithia’s ex-husband, Saidi Balogun, whom she shared two children with, also attended the ceremony in style. The veteran actor was captured in multiple video clips speaking to his former in-laws and attending to the guests at the party.
In the video shared, Saidi could be seen dancing and spraying naira notes on his ex-wife on the dance floor.
The video has generated positive comments from fans of the celebrities with many applauding the actor for supporting and respecting Faithia’s family at the event.
