No American has to go to Law School to understand that any American President does not have absolute Immunity.
After 9/11 George Bush Jnr. had promised America he was going to pursue Osama Bin Laden to the gates of Hell to hold him accountable.
He had absolute immunity for everything he had done in pursuit of that goal for sure.
Barack Obama took over from Bush and he accomplished ghat goal by killing Osama Bin Laden in the outskirts of Islamabad in Pakistan. He too had absolute immunity for killing Osama Bin Laden. No question about that.
Most certainly Donald Trump does not have immunity for committing treason against America by supporting Vladimir Putin to commit genocide by invading Ukraine against the better judgment of America and her allies in NATO. Donald Trump does not have immunity to order the American Military to clandestinely assassinate his political enemy for his own selfish interest or motive or to keep himself in office beyond his 4 years.
It should have been clear to the Supreme Court from the “get go”and not tomorrow to rule that Donald Trump or any American President does not have absolute immunity but qualified ones while in office but none at all when he is out of office as affirmed by Mitch McConnell, the current Republican Senate Minority Leader leader. He has no absolute immunity to steal and auction American Nuclear Secrets to anybody.
The Supreme Court is diabolical and partisan and missing the road of legal purity and sanctity to further delay its verdict by one day.
No American has to go to any Law School to understand that basic prism.
Donald Trump and his gangsters. and MAGA crowd and foot soldiers are normalizing Criminality and scandals in ways never before witnessed in America.
They are also lowering the moral and ethical values and moral standards expected of any candidate for President in America.
Based on that observation, a candidate with the character flaws and criminal track record of a Donald Trump would never have been allowed to get to anywhere near the corridor of power in America but for the nasty contraption known as the Electoral College garbage.
Donald Trump had lost the popular vote to Hillary Clinton by 3 million votes in 2016 but was still declared the winner for winning 306 out of the Electoral College of 570 electors thru subterfuge.
No wonder the rogue candidate Donald Trump had again lost lost the popular vote by close to 8 million votes to Joe Biden in 2020 but still had the temerity to falsely claim that his victory was stolen away from him by Joe Biden who was a private citizen while the election was conducted with Donald Trump as President. It was a complete outrage to say the least.
Democracy or any Governmental System in the world is as strong and sacrosanct, weak or compromised as those who run it and the institutions like the Judiciary and Congress which monitor and regulate the people in power.
The US Supreme Court made up of Judges who are appointed for life and are expected to be non- partisan in their interpretation of the Law and the Constitution, are now openly seen to be cutting corners and taking sides by using false analysis and delaying tactics to get the candidate of their choice off the hook, even if he shot and killed a man in broad daylight on 5th Avenue, they would simply look the other way and pretend it has not happened or they have not seen it, and if they do, they would claim he has absolute presidential immunity to do so while forgetting he is not a monarch or King Louis the XIV of France.
Donald Trump has filed a motion before the Supreme Court to pronounce whether or not he has absolute immunity as President to do anything he likes while in or out of office.
Rather than adjudicating the motion before the Court, some of the Republican leaning Judges are sidetracking the motion altogether and looking for meaningless Hypotheticals that could possibly arise in the future.
They simply refuse to address the motion before them here and now and they are looking for excuses to delay all of the trials in state or federal jurisdiction till after the very important election in November.
They all know that Donald Trump would be convicted in most of those trials and therefore could that he could not possibly win either the popular vote or the Electoral Garbage contraption if most of his crimes are exposed.
It is not Rocket Science. The whole nation knows what is going but like the proverbial Ostrich, some of the Republican- leading Judges of the Supreme Court has buried their heads in the Sand for partisan purposes.
Even a blind can see what is going on.
Donald Trump and his gangsters and Maga criminals who had colluded with David Pecker the Chairman and CEO of the Cash and Kill National Enquirer Tabloid to suppress negative reports and crimes Donald Trump had committed while at the same time blackmailing all of his opponents in that election to give Donald Trump a chance to win by cheating and lying about it every step of the of way the last time I checked.
He is now repeating the same crimes he had committed in 2016 and 2020 and doubling down on them in 2024 by using his Truth Social Platform and by openly violating Campaign Laws and willfully breaching Gag Orders issued by the Court to poison the Jury Well ahead of his trials and to get himself a get-out of-jail card before the election in November.
It is now clear beyond all shades of doubt that the Law Courts in the Federal, if not at the state level, have all been intimidated to fear or favor him with their rulings because he is indirectly telling all of them he has the Supreme Court in his pocket and that they should all take their cue from the Supreme Court which is going to bail him out, if the push comes to shove.
