The Magpies have had a surprisingly quiet summer so far under their mega rich owners, only bringing in Sven Botman, Nick Pope and Matt Targett into the first team squad.
Eddie Howe’s side made an impressive start to the Premier League season, dominating Nottingham Forest in a 2-0 win at St James’ Park, but the manager would like more additions to his squad as they look to challenge in the top half of the division.
The Athletic report that the three men on the fringes of the Chelsea first team are of interest to Newcastle and they have been asked to be made aware if they are available for loan deals.
Hudson-Odoi is definitely available for a loan move this summer and a number of clubs in the Premier League and across Europe are interested in the England international.
Where he goes will be largely up to him, and it will be down to Newcastle to persuade him to move to St James’ Park over the likes of Borussia Dortmund and Crystal Palace.
Hudson-Odoi was not in the squad as Chelsea beat Everton in their opening game of the season, but Gallagher and Pulisic were, both coming off the bench in the second half at Goodison Park.
Neither are likely to start on a regular basis under Thomas Tuchel, but both are clearly still in his plans and may not be allowed to leave on loan unless the Blues make further signings this summer.
Newcastle are also still interested in Leeds winger Jack Harrison, but the Yorkshire club have no interest in selling him.
