The former Chairman of Irewole Local Government, Osun State, Mr. Remi Abass, was laid to rest on Tuesday in his hometown, following his tragic murder at the hands of hoodlums. The burial, conducted according to Islamic rites, drew a large crowd of mourners who were visibly shaken and in tears.
