The fight, originally slated for 20 July, will be rescheduled, Netflix have announced.
In a statement late on Friday night, the streaming service said: ‘Unfortunately Jake Paul and Mike Tyson will not face-off on July 20 as planned.
‘Tyson’s recent ulcer flare up has limited his ability to train fully for the next few weeks.
‘The fight will be rescheduled for a date later this year after Mike’s able to resume training with no limitations and both fighters can have equal time to prepare for this once-in-a-lifetime matchup!
‘Stay tuned for the new fight date to be announced by the end of next week.’
Last Sunday, Tyson suffered a ‘medical emergency’ while boarding a plane to Los Angeles, before it was revealed that he had become ‘nauseous and dizzy’ due to an ulcer flare up.
The 57-year-old later tweeted: ‘Now feeling 100 per cent even though I don’t need to be to beat Jake Paul,’ and insisted his fight against the social media star would go ahead as planned.
Much has been made of the fight which will be fought under professional boxing rules, with Paul, 27, currently boasting a record of 9-1.
