Many feared killed in Onitsha chemical market fire

Many people have been feared killed and multi-million naira worth of properties have been said to be destroyed in the Onitsha Head Bridge Market fire.

It was gathered that the fire which started at about noon is as a result of chemical explosions in some shops at the market.

Buildings have been razed down collapsing on people. The men of the state fire service are currently at the scene battling to put out the fire.
