All three were absent for United’s 4-2 win over Aston Villa in the Carabao Cup on Thursday evening, with Ronaldo missing the game through illness, while Antony has a hip injury and Sancho has been sidelined for over 10 days due to illness.
United’s players made their way to London on Saturday afternoon ahead of their match against Fulham but Ronaldo, Antony and Sancho were not part of the travelling squad.
United have also travelled without a recognised right-back as Diogo Dalot is suspended, while Aaron Wan-Bissaka, who has played just four minutes in the Premier League this season, continues to miss out through injury.
Victor Lindelof is expected to deputise on the right side of United’s defence, with Harry Maguire partnering Lisandro Martinez in the middle.
Elsewhere, Antony Martial is in line to start his first Premier League game in over a month after playing 62 minutes in the Carabao Cup win over Aston Villa at Old Trafford.
Alejandro Garnacho, who delivered an impressive second-half cameo against Villa, has also travelled with the squad to Fulham and could be handed his second Premier League start of the season.
