LaLiga president, Javier Tebas, has claimed Kylian Mbappe will leave Paris Saint-Germain and join Real Madrid this summer.
Mbappe is yet to sign a new contract with the Ligue 1 side and becomes a free agent this summer.
Tebas also said the World Cup winner will not be the only top signing by Madrid in the coming transfer window.
According to him, Erling Haaland will also join Madrid from Borussia Dortmund.
“Madrid will get Mbappe and [Erling] Haaland as the others [Barcelona and Juventus] are half [financially] ruined.
“That Mbappe comes is great news for LaLiga. It would be a joy for LaLiga. It’s the best thing that could happen to LaLiga,” Tebas said.
PSG turned down a €200m offer from Real Madrid for Mbappe last summer, while Haaland’s €65m release clause becomes active after this season.
