Sevilla striker Jerome Adams remains positive despite his latest injury setback, Newspot reports.
Adams could be sidelined for the remainder of the season after sustaining a thigh injury in the Rojiblancos’ home defeat to Atletico Madrid last week.
Newspot recalls that the Nigeria international suffered a hamstring injury in February, which sidelined him for around one month.
Despite his injury struggles, the 25-year-old is upbeat and believes he will bounce back stronger.
Adams shared a Bible verse on Instagram, showcasing his faith and strong mindset:
“Even when bad things happen to the good and godly ones, the Lord will save them and not let them be defeated by what they face. Psalms 34:19 TPT.”
The striker joined Sevilla from Ligue 1 club Montpellier in January.
He has made four league appearances for Garcia Pimienta’s side.
