The 22-year-old arrived from RB Leipzig over the summer with plenty of hype, butwithout any Premier League experience and fitting into a new-look Reds midfield, there was no guarantee he would be an instant hit.

‘Dom [Szoboszlai] was a surprise with how fast he has fit in, it was pretty much from the first minute,’ said Klopp. ‘Top-class player with a lot of quality. He never stops. He learns a lot from the game.’
On the game, the German added: ‘It was not the best start, it was actually the opposite. We had big chances in the first half and couldn’t believe we didn’t score.
‘Leicester are a good side and very well set up. Minute by minute we turned it around and it was a good performance. There were so many little stories.’
