Job description: 1840 & Company is a global managed marketplace for professional resources and outsourced services. We proactively curate a marketplace of freelance marketers, developers, and finance professionals globally. Additionally, 1840 and Company delivers managed outsourcing solutions such as contact canter and back-office solutions currently from a work-from-home model.
We are looking for a UX designer/ Figma in a variety of areas including front-end web development and mobile development. Responsible for the maintenance and development of the applications including internal sites and portals, dashboards, etc.
Rate paid in USD: $4.02 per hour
Job Responsibilities
- Design, develop, manage, build and maintain the applications using UI/UX
- Work closely as a project team to iterate on UI/UX designs.
- Responsive UI designs/layouts & graphics
- Design UI/ layouts strategically to improve the conversions
- Mastery of critical tools such as Figma, Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator, or other common design and prototyping tools.
- Passionate about Design Thinking.
- Provide development and design on internal web applications
- Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.
- Maintain a clear understanding of product strategy and work collaboratively with product managers to ensure proposed
design concepts align against long-term goals. Required Candidate profile
- 3 to 6 years of professional experience as a UX designer, interaction designer, product designer, etc.
- Expertise in core UX disciplines including information architecture, interaction design, and application of design systems.
