The ideal candidate will be responsible for attracting and recruiting quality and qualified hires for the organization. In this
role, you will collaborate with managers to identify recruitment needs, conduct interviews and manage the offer process & onboarding for all new hires.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process for positions within the organization; from candidate
attraction to offer and onboarding
- Coordinate and drive recruitment process across all business units
- Research and implement new sourcing methods
- Provide consultative support to hiring managers all through recruitment process
- Manage the talent pipeline through our applicant tracking system
Education and Experience Required
▪ B.SC/HND in relevant field
▪ 4-5 years’ in-house or consulting recruitment experience
Competency and Skill Requirement
▪ A self-starter with minimal need for supervision
▪ Expertise in sourcing candidates through multiple channels
▪ Proven experience managing full cycle recruitment
▪ Demonstrated ability to work with technology and explore direct candidate sourcing; Ability to communicate with managers at all levels
▪ Must have a great sense of ownership
