Job Summary

As a Stationed Support Officer, you will handle customers’ transactions accurately and timely as well resolve complaints and report back to your line manager daily.

Key Responsibility

• Handling of POS machine

• Processing of customer’s POS transactions accurately and timely

• Ensure customer’s inquiries and complaints are resolved promptly

• Document transactions accurately on a daily basis

• Manage POS system problems

• Ensure constant availability

Requirements

• HND or BSc

• Minimum of one year experience as a Stationed Support Officer

• You must communicate fluently and politely

• Smart enough to resolve issues quickly and willing to assist customers
