Your responsibilities and duties may include the following:
- Take appropriate measures in case of volume-, weight- and trim-critical flights
- Transmit the necessary messages and data
- Ensure smooth operation and punctual provision of all involved providers concerning mail, cargo, luggage, fuelling, cleaning, catering and/or concerning other services
- Register and ensure payment for excess luggage, upgrades and other ancillary services
- Carry out all check-in and gate/boarding procedures in accordance with the appropriate guidelines and airline manuals
- Arrange delivery of delayed baggage in accordance with the appropriate guidelines and airline manuals
- Ensure that all measures are taken to guarantee a smooth operational procedure in accordance with rules and regulations
- All other duties as assigned or required

Requirements
The ideal Station Agent must fulfill the following requirements:
- Intermediate-level school education Numeracy
- Fluent knowledge of English, both spoken and written
- Knowledge of German desirable
- Good general education
- Driving license
- PC skills
- Diligent and systematic approach to work
- Ability to work on own initiative
- Desire to give excellent service
- Sales skills, confident manner
- Ability to make ad-hoc decisions
- Suitable for shift work
- Ability to work under pressure
- Ability to deal with conflict
- Good sociable and cooperative conduct
- Team player
- Well-groomed appearance
- Good linguistic skills
- Possibly psychological aptitude test
- Shift work
- Must possess a legal work permit in Nigeria
- CV/Resume and Cover Letter required
