• As a Social Media Manager, you will have a chance to contribute to this mission. This role reports to the Marketing Manager and is based in Lagos, Nigeria.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media strategies to increase Max Drive’s brand awareness and engagement across various platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube.
• Create and publish engaging content on social media channels that speak to Max Drive’s target audience.
• Stay up-to-date with social media trends and best practices and provide insights to the team regarding social media developments that may affect Max Drive’s brand or marketing strategies.
• Manage all social media profiles, monitor comments and messages, and respond to inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Collaborate with the Marketing team to create marketing campaigns that integrate with social media channels.
• Analyze social media data and insights to track performance and make data-driven decisions to improve social media strategies.
• Manage budgets and resources allocated for social media campaigns.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or any relevant field.
• 3+ years of experience in social media marketing, preferably in the transportation industry.
• Proficiency in the use of social media management tools such as Hootsuite and Sprout Social.
• Excellent communication and writing skills.
• Ability to create visually appealing social media content using graphic design tools such as Canva and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools such as Google Analytics.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
