• We are searching for a driven, detail-oriented Social Media Content Creator to produce high-quality outputs for a Beauty Spa.
• The content creator will update existing material and identify new ways to reach consumers.

Responsibilities

• Perform research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences.
• Pack and send out clients’ orders.
• Attend to walk-in clients.
• Collaborating with internal departments to establish campaign objectives, complete tasks, and identify and solve problems.
• Monitoring social media and company website metrics.
• Design and implement social media strategy to align with business goals.
• Writing, reviewing, editing, and updating content for company websites, blogs, marketing materials, and similar platforms.
• Using social media to engage customers, respond to questions or complaints, and to promote company initiatives.
