We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Position: Site Construction Supervisor
Job Location: Nigeria – Offshore
Job Type: Contract
Job Description
- Ensure that offshore site construction works are safely executed to the required project drawings and specifications.
- Review installation procedures and inspect mobilized pre-fabs for consistency with the approved drawings and specification.
- Ensure that materials for construction are of the required quality.
- Monitor and drive the achievement of activities KPIs and deploy recovery measures where necessary.
Requirements
- Engineering background with a minimum of 5 years of site experience in construction of oil & gas installations.
- Ensure and promote the application of the Company HSE rules and specifications.
- Ensure that CONTRACTORs comply (at all times) with safety rules, taking actions as required in case of disregard of the rules, stopping the works if they are deemed unsafe, and organizing tool-box meetings and recovery plans.
- Good command of spoken and written English.
- Good interpersonal, reporting and communication skills.
- Ensure and monitor the safety of personnel and installations as well as protection of the environment.
