We are reinventing the payment experience by making it easy and reliable for everyone to transfer money, pay bills and shop online.The Senior Sourcing Specialist is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end supply chain management and production planning for the bank’s card issuance operations. This role ensures seamless coordination with suppliers, manufacturers, and logistics partners to meet card issuance targets while maintaining quality control standardsJob Description:
1.Supply Chain Management

  • Overall planning and coordination of the bank card supply chain to ensure smooth progress of the card issuance plan.
  • Maintain effective communication with suppliers, manufacturers, logistics companies, and other partners.

2. Card Production Plan

  • Develop a detailed card production plan based on the business card issuance plan, including arrangements for sample and bulk goods production.
  • Monitor inventory levels to prevent disruptions to the business card issuance plan due to insufficient stock.

3. Quality Control

  • Inspect sample quality to ensure standards are met before commencing bulk production.
  • Conduct spot-checks on bulk goods to ensure compliance with warehouse entry standards, coordinating with business stakeholders and relevant parties.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in supply chain management, production planning, or operations roles, preferably within the banking or financial services industry.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple workstreams and stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills to effectively manage supplier and partner relationships.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Knowledge of quality control principles and methodologies.
  • Proficiency in relevant software tools and systems for production planning, inventory management, and quality control.
  • Experience in bank card issuance projects
