The Senior Product Manager plays a critical role in leading the execution of our product strategy. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, sales, and service operations to drive the success of our products.

As a Senior Product Manager, your job responsibilities include the following:

• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify market trends, customer needs, and potential areas for product innovation.

• Prioritize product features and enhancements based on business value, customer feedback, and market opportunities.

• Develop and communicate a clear roadmap that outlines the short-term and long-term product plans.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

• Work closely with engineering and design teams throughout the development lifecycle to ensure timely and high-quality product releases.

• Conduct regular product reviews to assess progress, identify issues, and make necessary adjustments to meet project timelines and goals.

• Drive agile development processes and methodologies to deliver products iteratively and efficiently.

• Engage with key stakeholders, including executives, customers, and partners, to gather feedback, understand needs, and align product plans.

• Advocate for the product vision and roadmap, effectively communicating the value proposition to internal and external stakeholders.

• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop go-to-market strategies, product messaging, and sales enablement materials.

• Support customer-facing teams with product knowledge, training, and documentation.

• Define and track key product metrics to assess the performance and success of the product portfolio.

• Analyze user data, customer feedback, and market trends to identify opportunities for product improvement and optimization.

• Work closely with data analysts to generate actionable insights and drive data-informed decision-making.

• Conduct competitive analysis to ensure our products maintain a competitive edge in the market.

• Lead, manage & develop a team of product managers to drive capabilities, create development and career plans and stimulate a culture of high performance.

• You have a strong locus of control; you take extreme ownership over results.

• Excellent presentation and negotiation skills; ability to communicate clearly and effectively with diverse audiences and through all levels of the company.

• B.Sc/B.Eng in Engineering, Computer Science, or any related subject areas.

• Experience working in the Fintech industry will be an advantage.

• Product management certifications (e.g. Pragmatic Institute, Agile Certified Product Manager) or a Master’s degree is preferred.

• 6 years related work experience including experience in one or more of the following areas: Management Consulting, Banking, Fintech, and Technology with 2 years in Leadership capacity.

Physical Requirements:

We currently run a flexible work structure; some days are remote while others require you collaborate with colleagues at the office location.

For each situation, you may have:

● Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
